Week 7 (Good Friday) of the 2018 Fish Fry at St. Jerome Parish, Walbridge, Ohio

This is our last Fish Fry for 2018 lent. It was another successful year for St Jerome's Parish. I got some left over rolls. There in the freezer.

I have new rules for old pics. Seems many were getting tired of playing find my picture, some folks did not return. Storage costs were going up while print quality was deteriorating. So I pitched all prior to 2018. I estimate that 20% of pics printed were pitched. It's an Vilfredo Pareto estimate. If you are wise, then study him. His work is simply amazing, even after a 100 years, he rings true.

So new rule is picture printed will be kept until the Good Friday of next year. That means those pics you see behind the Stritch Softball team taken this year will be pitch on Good Friday of 2019. I have to print 2018 for Week 7, and these will be posted on First Day of Lent of 2019.
